RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 28 days of receipt by you. Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number. Once your email has been received, you will get a reply with further details on how to return your item either for an exchange or refund.You can only exchange your item for another size. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods. We do not offer returns on sales items. All exchanges are based on stock availability
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
- Free International delivery on most occasions Delivered within 10-15 working days for most countries including UK, Canada, Australia and USA. Some Countries may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.
- Flat fee Delivery service on selected items - $4.95. Delivered within 4-7 working days for most countries including UK, Canada, Australia and USA. Some Countries may take up to 10-15 weeks for delivery.
- Please provide your mobile number and email address at the checkout to be sent updates regarding your delivery.
- Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer.
- Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company.
- Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original plus the return cost.
- Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.
